Your eyes moved over the crowd, frowning at all the people in front of you. You had been fighting all over for almost a year or more, something that would had never happened if you had just said no to Wuxian. But you hadn’t, so here you were.

Your eyes soon landed on a figure who was standing on the side, face hiding behind a fan as he seemingly looked around as well. Your eyes stayed on him as you watched him talk to someone, half of his face still covered with the fan. When Wuxian came around, he finally lowered the fan and you felt your heart skip a beat as you saw his bright smile. Biting your lip, you smirked and got up. You walked to the two, smirk still on your face as you greeted the two.

“I’m (y/n), Wuxian’s teacher.” You introduced yourself shortly, smiling at the smaller one while Wuxian whined.

“Don’t call yourself teacher, it’s weird.” He whined and you looked at him before sticking out of your tongue slightly at him. He frowned and you smirked again before focusing back on other one once more.

“So, who are you then?” You asked and he smiled at you, introducing himself as Nie Huaisang. You immediately recognized his name, having heard it from the citizens that lived there. The ruler who didn’t know anything, yet when you first noticed him he didn’t look stupid or dumb.

Hence now you were even more intrigued than before.

It was then that you looked closer at him. His robes were slightly creased, he looked slightly tired and his hair was in slightly messy braids. No way he’d slept well, if anything he had a nightmare.

“I’ll see you in a second, I have to find Lan Zhan!” Wuxian suddenly exclaimed, leaving you and Huaisang standing there awkwardly. You looked at Huaisang, seeing that he was staring back at you as well.

“You should take these, they stop nightmares.” You spoke, pulling out some round pills. He looked at you in surprise and you chuckled.

“I know from experience.” You said as you gave another smile.

“What is it then?” “It makes you calm and makes sure you don’t have nightmares. Wuxian, me and Sizhui all ate it before. Sizhui stopped after a year though. It stopped then, probably because he forgot all of the stuff that happened.” You mumbled, looking around. Huaisang looked at the pills in his hand before looking back at you.

“Why do you have nightmares..?” He softly asked, afraid that it might be a touchy subject, but he was extremely curious now. You just shrugged.

“Demonic cultivation tends to do that, I guess. Most of the time it was screaming and gore. Though it changed to killing after I met Wuxian and the Wen clan.” You explained, not really minding sharing the information. He was still a bit confused with what you meant, but when he thought about his nightmares about his da-ge, he somehow understood. Silence took over again for a few seconds before you spoke up again.

“Honestly, this is kinda boring… Wanna get out of here?” You asked, a smirk on your face. He matched your smirk and nodded. You looked around for Wuxian, but seeing him stuck with Jiang Cheng, you decided that you should just leave without telling him.

So you both sneaked out of the party, which wasn’t proven difficult as most people didn’t know you and didn’t seem to care that Huaisang walked past them, although you two did receive some weird looks.

After some minutes, you entered the forest behind the mansion. It was slightly darker already, but light enough to still see your surroundings.

You just walked in silence, watching the animals around you such as fireflies and deers. Than Huaisang spoke up.

“So, how did you and Wuxian meet?” “On the mountain. He screamed at me for 15 minutes before fainting from his wounds. When he woke up, he punched me on accident. Quite a day that was.” You chuckled as you watched Huaisang’s face drop at your story.

“He punched you?” He asked and you nodded, stopping and pointing at your nose, which was slightly crooked with a small scar in the middle.

“How about you? Any scars from Wuxian?” You joked, not expecting Huaisang to actually nod. Your eyes widen as he pointed at his ribs, making you slightly blush at the area.

“I fell while we were trying to catch fish.” He explained, making you chuckle before you stopped walking. Looking around, you frowned.

“I have no clue where we are…” You mumbled, not recognizing any of your surroundings. Huaisang stopped next to you, looking around as well.

“Neither do I…” He replied and you groaned, throwing your head back in annoyance. Your eyes wandered over the forest again before you froze, staring into 2 jet black eyes.

“Huaisang, climb in the tree over there.” You whispered and he looked at you before following your gaze.

“Is that..?” “Run!” You shouted as the beast sprinted your way. Neither of you had swords or any other form of protection so climbing a tree was your best shot. You ran in between other trees and towards the biggest one, hearing the trees behind you snap because of the beast.

Just when you had climbed the tree, you felt the nails of the beast graze your skin, leaving a small trace. You continued to climb until the beast couldn’t reach you anymore, sitting on the place where the branches connected.

“You okay?” You asked Huaisang and he nodded, sighing as he leaned against one of the branches. You did the same, trying to ignore the distant growling beneath you and the chilling cold that started to freeze your body. After about 2 hours, the beast was still stalking underneath the tree and both you and Huaisang were shivering from the cold. Your stomach had started rumbling about an hour ago and your throat had gone completely dry by now.

“How long do you think it’ll stay for?” Huaisang whispered and you shrugged, wrapping your arms around you in some form of warmth.

“It depends… Some only have an attention span of a few minutes, others have one that can last for hours. Let’s just hope for the best I guess.” You mumbled back and Huaisang gave a small whine, which you found adorable.

“Cold?” “Extremely.” He answered and you chuckle before letting out another sigh before biting your lip, slowly shuffling closer towards Huaisang.

“Body warmth can help alot.” You smirked, watching his face go red before sitting right next to him. He looked at you, still blushing immensely and you smiled.

“Sorry, but it’s the truth. Be glad I’m not asking you to take your clothes off even though it’s more effective.” You spoke, smirking at him once again. You didn’t think he would be able to become more red as he was, yet his face blushed even worse. He avoided your gaze, but didn’t move away from you. Soon, he was genuily clinging to you to gain any way of warmth. You had your arms wrapped around his shoulders as his were wrapped around your middle, but he was still shivering softly. Luckily, after another hour in this position you could hear the beast stalk off. You looked down to make sure before nodding at Huaisang that you could climb down. And then you slowly made your way back to the party, which hadn’t ended surprisingly. Most people (aka the Lanling Jin clan) were already slightly drunk and didn’t pay any attention to you. Other people on the hand, looked as you entered again.

Now, you could understand Xichen look of slight horror as both you and Huaisang’s clothes were messy and your hair was tangled slightly from the running and the small wound on your back, clearly knowing something bad happened but you gave him an okay sign to calm him down. To others on the other hand, it may look like something else completely. And who would believe your actual story?

So you ignored everyone and instead went straight to the food and drinks, chugging down enough to fill you but not too much since it would be bad for your stomach otherwise.

“Where on earth did you go and why do you look like you fu-” Lan Zhan placed a hand on his soulmates mouth, preventing him from finishing his sentence. Although you still knew what Wuxian would say, you’ve know him for long enough to know his thoughts.

“Forest and no. We got attacked.” You explained and Wuxian raised an eyebrow suggestively, his mouth still covered.

“Don’t even… You know what, forget it.” You mumbled softly, grabbing a knife from the table and twirling it in between your fingers. You glanced at Wuxian before you stabbed your knife on the table, right in between Wuxian’s fingers. The elder jumped up in surprise, retracting his hand quickly before looking at you in shock.

“Shall we start on your secrets then?” You glared at him and he shook his head, gulping awkwardly as his eyes glanced to Lan Zhan, who had already busied himself with his elder brothers questions.

“How about the fact that you still hasn’t told him your feelings, even though you have a child together.” You said, eyes moving towards the young Lan discipline a few steps away from you. Your eyes darted back to Wuxian, raising an eyebrow at him suggestively and he blushed slightly.

“You ready for that battle?” You teased and he sneered, sticking his tongue out teasingly. His eyes then moved to the figure behind you, looking like he had found his next victim in Huaisang.

“Hey, Huaisang!” He exclaimed, moving to the younger before freezing when you grabbed his ear.

“Leave him alone.” You mumbled, letting go before turning to Huaisang yourself. “You feeling better?” You asked and Huaisang looked up before nodding.

“Yeah, good thing we didn’t freeze to death out there.” He mumbled and you chuckled, elbowing Wuxian softly when you heard the beginning of his comment, which would most likely be a little vulgar. He gave you a soft glare again before stepping away from you and back to his crush to which you gave another comment of ‘Do it now, he likes you back anyway!’. Then you turned back to Huaisang, who was looking back at you.

“Next time that we’re cuddling, let’s not do it in a tree and rather in a bed or such, alright?” And without waiting for a reaction, you walked away with a smirk and left behind a flustered Huaisang.

Yes, you two had definitely fallen in love.

Untamed reaction (Lan Zhan, Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng)

Requested by anonymous: Hello you can do a reaction Lan Zhan, Wei Ying, jiang Cheng. He has a little brother who is good and likes to play but he hurts his leg and recommends him rest so his brother takes care of him and has to carry him in his arms or something like that to make sure he is not running. For example for Lan Zhan when Wei Ying is catching fish in the back (I don’t know if you know at the time of the series I’m referring to) and then the boy sees them and wants to play too and Lan Zhan arrives and picks him up

Warnings:none

A/N: I apologize for the long wait

Wei Wuxian:

Now Wuxian is a very reckless person himself, mostly because he doesn’t really have a fear of getting hurt. But when you got hurt (by fishing weirdly enough) and were forced to stay indoors, Wuxian was there to help you. You were someone who was very active person, always running around (even though it wasn’t allowed) and playing around. So being stuck in your room was not an option. So he carried you everywhere whether it was on his back, on his shoulder or simply in his arms. And he carried you like that everywhere… But one day, you couldn’t sleep so you decided to go out on your own, not wanting to wake your brother. So you limped outside, leaning on every single thing that you could lean on.

“Yah, your not supposed to walk!” Someone exclaimed, making you flinch before turning around to look. Wuxian had woken, running behind you with a slight frown.

“I can’t sleep, I just want to walk around a bit.” You explained, but he shook his head and lifted you once again. You groaned, assuming that you were going back to bed until you noticed that you were moving further from your rooms.

“Let’s go see the bunnies then!” He exclaimed and you smiled, nodding excitingly as he carried you there.

Lan Zhan:

How you broke your leg was simple in a way. You fell… from the roof. Yeah, were not getting into it anymore than that. But you stayed in the library most of the time, studying your lessons or reading or studying your music. Being carried everywhere was annoying for both you and your brother, Lan Zhan, so you avoided moving places to much. But some days, you didn’t feel like doing that. Today was one of those days that you just sat in the library, looking out in front of you. You decided to just go out a bit and pushed yourself up. You hopped around and soon found yourself following the sounds of laughter, reaching the lake at the back of Cloud Recesses. You spotted Wei Wuxian and Nie Huaisang playing around in the water. You were a bit confused as to why, but nonetheless it soon brought a smile to your lips as you continued watching them.

That’s when you suddenly felt water splash unto you and looked at them with wide eyes. You smirked, getting ready to jump in when you suddenly felt someone pull you back.

“Seriously?” A monotoned voice said and you looked up, seeing Lan Zhan staring at you.

“Can I not?” You asked and he shook his head, making you pout before looking up again with a smile.

“Carry me!” You outstretched your arms and he rolled his eyes, frowning after. You whined before yelping when he actually picked you up.

“Don’t expect this more than once.”

Jiang Cheng:

This man, my god. Tsundere is a good term for this guy and that goes for anything he does. Even when your hurt. When you hurt your leg by accident, he took care of you in his own way. Aka, he acted like he didn’t care yet he carried you everywhere. So you were limping to class, he’d pick you up and complain about your limping. Or when you took a break from the walking (an activity that the Lans implemented for exercise) and he carried you while complaining that you were holding the whole group back. But you knew he meant well anyway, ignoring the remarks and instead focusing on the fact that he was helping you. That being said, today you didn’t feel like being carried and instead opted on sneaking away from the group during the daily walk. So when everyone was in front of you, you became quiet and silently limped away. You supported yourself against trees, enjoying your surroundings until you heard rustling behind you. You weren’t carrying your sword with you, so fear struck even more when you realized that. You turned, unfortunately too quickly, and landed flat on your butt. You looked up terrified, only to see Jiang Cheng standing in front of you. He looked down at where you were laying and you gave him an awkward smile.

“You are impossible, you know that?” He spoke, openly judging you and making you pout in return before you held your arms out.

“Help me.” You spoke and he rolled his eyes, sighing loudly before grabbing you underneath your arms. He lifted you like how he would lift a child and you whined before simply wrapping yourself around him like a koala. You smiled down at him before hugging him close to yourself once again, burying your head in the crook of his neck. He said nothing, so you took it as a sign that he was fine with it and didn’t stop. Instead, you felt his arms supporting your weight as he walked somewhere. You soon noticed that he was walking back to your room and frowned, lifting your head.

“Won’t we get in trouble?” “Once more, yes. It’s not like you aren’t used to that already.” He replied and you scoffed.

“I am a perfect student, how dare you.” You answered, flicking his forehead and he scoffed.

“Yeah, sure. I certainly believe that.” He replied and you glared at him angrily.

“Nevertheless, once more can’t hurt.”

This scene came up and he said “Oh, I love the party dynamic because it’s just:

The guy on the far left who knows what he’s doing (Wangji)

The guy next to him that acts like he doesn’t know what he’s doing but does (Wei)

The guy next to him that acts like he knows what he’s doing but doesn’t (Jiang Cheng)

And the guy on the right who just doesn’t (Nie)”
