Mid-Summer Week Day Four: Traditions
I think it counts as a tradition for Jenna to watch the moat and the boats on the water every night. I also made the sketch for this in 2016 and couldn’t get it to work then for a variety of reasons. It was nice to finally dust it off and finish it ‘cause I’ve wanted to draw this scene for about a decade now (since I read Magyk for the first time)

I made a separate commentary video on top of that last piece about how to return to art after a long period of not creating anything and gave a few tips that might help ease the process of getting back into it
Traditionally doodled my kiddos and used them as practice for digitally adding color to traditional art. My computer’s fixed now so I’ll get back to drawing digital art but I actually really liked my venture into traditional art so I might do some more soon (Click through for names if you can’t read my handwriting)
