Most shows with overpowered supernatural characters always try to come up with elaborate excuses to explain why the characters can’t just magic themselves out of every situation. Good Omens doesn’t really do that, but you don’t really question it because you completely buy that these morons are so unequivocally incompetent that they straight up forget that they have the powers of fucking demigods. They’re like high-level d&d characters who only use the same three moves and have completely forgotten about the 73 magic items sitting in their inventory.

Crowley: I was totally planning on teleporting to this galaxy 4.3 light-years away but then you died and I was sad :(

Aziraphale: Oh I’m sorry. But listen, I need you to go to this village about an hour outside of London

Crowley: You Want me to GO WHere?? How the– how the FUuuck am I supposed to- I can’t Drive, it’s Rush Hour! You want me to WaLK?? In the Rain??! Please, be Realistic.

I cannot express the effect this post had on me. I read it aloud to my roommate and she burst into helpless laughter because it had never occurred to her that Crowley could do anything to get to Tadfield but drive the Bentley. It absolutely never had occurred to me, either. We both have been reading, rereading, and loving this book for about a decade now.

how dare you hide this in the tags omg

By the way, it’s been a while since I adressed all of you and let me just say…I kind of lost track of my latest posts, I’ve been very busy creating for the sake of it and completely forgot to check for notes and stuff, but holy shit!!!

2 of my OFMD fanarts surpassed 10k? which NEVER happened to me before and I would’ve never expected in my life?!

Oh and also…I might have lost track of my follower count because…

Peps there’s so many of you here! HI! <3<3<3

I wanted to do something fun for the 4k mark but I guess I’m 3 hundred followers late. Oh well, no bother.

If you had any fun idea for what I could do let me know. I wanted to maybe do a livestream of me sketching and letting yall decide what to draw but I have no idea how many would be into that…let me know, I’m opening anon back up for the shy ones.

Just let me say that I’m speechless and truly incredibly grateful to all of you for these milestones, and all the love and support and appreciation I’m receiving for my art lately! Thank you so much! <3<3

Yo!

So, I understand this is a little random, but I’d like to ask for y'alls help with something.

Around ten months ago, my family lost my mum to lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes) and its been rough for all of us. For me and my sister (15 and 16 at the time) she was an incredible pillar of love and support and we all miss her dearly. As a young man with ASD (autistic spectrum disorder) who faces discrimination for that fact, it’s been immensly difficult, especially when she was the only one able to defend me against discrimination because of my condition.

In her final month’s, an organisation called Garden House Hospice gave her an incredible amount of support. They listened to her when she told them something was wrong (something the other charities and the NHS refused to do), their volunteers and staff are incredibly kind and caring, and they give an incredible quality of life to those suffering from life-altering illnesses. I saw first-hand the incredible work they do, and they do so much good for so many people.

As many people know, Hospice services have been hit especially hard during this pandemic, and with their charity shops closed and their fund-raising events cancelled, Garden House has been struggling to get by.

So, to pay my thanks to them and help them through these tough times, I’ve decided to raise money for them by cutting my hair! As an ASD kid, such a drastic change is a pretty bid deal for me (I haven’t cut my hair since I was four, and I’m very protective of it) but I’d like to do what I can to help those who did so much for my mum while she was at her lowest.

I’d be grateful to anyone who donates and/or shares this post around, the link is below to the fundraiser!

IT’SHAPPENINGTODAYPEOPLE!!!

Don’t worry, you can still donate (if you’re able to) after the big cut, but it’s all going down today! I’ll be making a post with the video once it’s done! I guess it’s a face-reveal too?
