I headcanon that Edison was summoned with the lion’s head because of Helena.
The Yagas and the Oprichniki, Ivan, Koyanskaya, Dobrynya, Viy looking like a weird rabbit… See the pattern here? Yep, the rest of the Russians are all furries associated with animals in some way, but Helena is an odd one out. Even Zouken is connected to bugs! So, it only makes sense that it was totally because of Helena being summoned in America that Edison ended up with the head of the most famous American lion.
I wonder if Nasuverse follows the theory that Alexander the Great died from being poisoned. Because if his death had anything to do with wine (whether it had poison in it or led to health complications), wouldn’t alcohol be his conceptual weakness? You know, like Medb and cheese or Enkidu and diseases. Yet Iskandar drinks like a fish and it doesn’t seem to affect him in any way.
