Post-run, soup in a travel mug, wet hair #momlife. In honor of #BellLetsTalk day I did a run that focused on body AND mind. “A Whole Run” by #headspace on the #NikeRunClub app. I enjoyed it, and now I’m off to do ALL the pick ups, drop offs for two very busy kiddos.

Not going to share every run but this was my first run where I felt strong and actually ran 80% of the time.
