These two are VERY accustomed to being active, and I could tell they needed to move. I was heading down for my run and I suggested they join me. They were ALL about it.
Carmendi created a core circuit for her and Jax to do, while I ran. I watched her coach him through good form and encourage him. I watched him work his little butt off. We listened to our favorite playlist, sang and worked out together and it made my little fitness-loving heart sing.
Tomorrow Jax is teaching us his kata which we’ll use for warm up and cool down before Carmendi’s total body circuit of death….that she already has written up.

When everyone is craving a burger but you gotta keep those immune systems jacked. We loaded our plates AND our mouthwatering burgers with vegetables and used whole grain buns. I feel we did pretty good on the 80/20 rule here….whatcha think friends?
Post-run, soup in a travel mug, wet hair #momlife. In honor of #BellLetsTalk day I did a run that focused on body AND mind. “A Whole Run” by #headspace on the #NikeRunClub app. I enjoyed it, and now I’m off to do ALL the pick ups, drop offs for two very busy kiddos.
