It tells all of its friends that it INVENTED A FOOD, even though it’s actually just a remix of a SANDWICH, and even Nuzfield knows he’s misrepresenting his ACCOMPLISHMENT, but it has to take WHAT IT CAN GET.

i’m inclined to believe Mr. Nuzleaf had no experience with kids prior to meeting Hero. like, none whatsoever

I imagine Nuzleaf must’ve come up with a pretty convincing story to have him suddenly show up with a kid pokemon, that may or may not actually be in his egg group.
