Coming home from visiting a church in Louisiana, we took the back roads to stay off the Interstate. We found these old signs as we were going through downtown Shreveport.

just heard the legendary tommy’s joynt may have permanently closed – and the sign was badly vandalized (saw pics of the sign, it’s gonna need big restoration) :(

I’m still alive. Found some old pics from SF I never posted. Look for those over the next few days. Otherwise I’m not getting out much due to the corona so I’m not sure when I’ll be back to my rambling, sign snapping ways.
I love it when old signs that are painted on a building reappear when a building gets torn down/renovated. This sign for a Studebaker auto dealership still has its bright blue color. On Fordham Road between Cambreleng and Belmont Avenues.
