Open paragraph RP but I expect you to make it not-boring as possible GO:

Green sat on a curb during the middle of the day in Gotham. It was the perfect day: Gotham Academy let out its students for a two week spring break, and her favorite brand of ice cream was on sale.

She scooped out some chocolate cookie crunch and enjoyed the shining sun and the chirping bird. What could possibly go wrong?

“This boy is one of the most important people in my world and life. I can call him a hero, a lifesaver. He’s one of the most incredible guys out there. His smile could stop wars, his laugh could end with depression, his arms around you can make you feel that you’re safe. He can make you happy by just saying a simple word like "Hi”. He is an amazing person. He’s so confident with himself that it makes you wanna be confident with yourself. He inspires me and a lot of other girls. We look up to him because he showed us that life is worth it. He showed us that we could get out of any problem we have. He showed us how to stay strong. Before him, my life was a disaster but he came up to my life to light it up. That’s one of the reasons why I’m proud to say that Cameron Dallas is my hero, my lifesaver, my idol. The guy that made me believe and love myself. Thank you Cam.“ - jackginmypants @ twitter

March’s WritingTipWed! Every Wednesday I post a writing tip on my Twitter! If you want to see these weekly, follow me @/EmilyLaJaunie.

~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~✦~

#WritingTipWed 33 - Learn from other people’s mistakes. Check out @/menwritewomen on Twitter to see how not to write female characters, especially how not to describe their appearance and behavior.

#WritingTipWed 34 - When writing a long passage, you should create a new paragraph when: the “camera” moves, a new idea/topic is introduced, time passes or reverts, the setting changes, the mood shifts, and/or you want to create dramatic effect.

#WritingTipWed 35 - Never compare your writing speed to others because everyone writes at their own pace. Some can write thousands of words in a day, others write hundreds, and others write a few sentences. All are equally good because all make progress.

#WritingTipWed 36 - Writing takes energy, always. Even if you enjoy it, it takes a toll. If you’re unmotivated to write or hating writing, take a break (at least for one full day). Do not feel guilty about it, never feel guilty about self-care.

#WritingTipWed 37 - If your dialogue sounds stiff, try adding crutch words. They add no meaning or value to a sentence but are commonly used: “Actually”, “honestly”, “basically”, “like”.

Ex: So, basically, I was like, how could this happen?
