#peace of mind
A few weeks ago I worked on a few very simple images of shapes in the sand left behind by the ocean’s tide. I was surprised by the powerful contemplative and calming nature of the images.
I’ve gone back through my library to find more such shots. I’ve pushed myself for simplicity. Black and white shots that create a space for the mind to quiet itself.
I will post the series over time. It’s a time for some contemplation.

I think the fast paced society we live in currently has brainwashed me into thinking i can upgrade myself and my life just as fast as when i restart my computer or phone. I have forgotten the natural cycles of life… how the moon takes her time to be full or how the crops take their time to grow their fruits.
This is why I garden.
