November 6, 2005 - The ginkgo trees always had their own way of doing things. While the oaks and maples were showing off loose clouds of color, the ginkgos set out with a clear focus. Each golden leaf has has its own precise placement, glowing highlights along an inky dark branch, set off by the clear blue sky.

I Think the Sun Sings in Lens Flares (on Instagram) by Marisa Renee
I love sun flares & I just don’t care. There’s just something poetic about the way the sun peeks through a canopy of green or gold leaves. It sort of sparkles & warms the world below. I don’t know if I can describe it properly but I just love when the sunlight sings to me. ☀️
