Doodles - Found a pencil ( which I don’t own much ) and I was out of wifi for a day so I decided to sketch around. All the pictures / references are random picked from Pintrest. Totally forgot how drawing with pencil is so much fun. Wanted to explore my drawings to usual touch, more realistic touch etc.

Trying out different hatching styles on these faces. Fun fact: crosshatching was my first stylistic obsession back when I was learning to draw as a tween.

Today’s portrait sketch is inspired by Brad Pitt’s Achilles in Troy, because I watched the film this evening and can’t stop loving his performance in it. He and Briseis is without a doubt the most heart wrenching film couple I have ever seen I think (except for obviously Aragorn and Arwen ).

I therefore did this portrait as my own version of Achilles, tho obviously inspired by Brad Pitt (hair and armour is referenced but nothing else) and I am in love. I may actually have cracked the code on how to draw faces (the wips show how I structure now), and I cannot wait to try to draw some other men I love using this technique!

Afternoon Copic and Pentel Brush pen Sketch Dook..Keep on keepin on!

Which one do you like the most? I’m exploring some ideas for my project. Haven’t done something like this in a while and I forgot how much fun it is!

Different from what I usually do, but I really wanted to do a sketch with red lines :) I may use it for another illustration, actually. I hope you like it!
