I found a before pic that I haven’t seen since the beginning of 2018 when it was taken. I was definitely thrown back when I looked at it, and it feels great that baby steps have made a huge difference in my body size and shape.
Yes, both are beautiful and both are sexy, but one was starting to know what happiness was because she had already began her #bodypositive journey.
Haters can suck it, I’m here for myself and my supporters who have been on this journey with me.

What do you love about your looks? Too often we get stuck on what we hate, and that negativity can escalate when we commiserate to friends, in a kind of Mean Girls mirror scene-esq loop. When your friends complain about their looks or body do you add on what you hate about yourself, or do you shut that shit down ASAP and start a compliment choir? Instead of bemoaning what you hate, let’s praise what you love! Personally, I love my smile - it’s genuine, a little asymmetrical, and my entire face lights up when I do. What was the worst job you ever had? I’ve had a bunch of odd office experiences, but one of the things I loathed was the dress code at a few of my first professional jobs. No personal style was encouraged, they just wanted us all buttoned up in stiff suits, so for years I’ve avoided them like the plague. But now suiting is stunning - gone are those basic blacks and dull designs - now suits are colorful, stylish, and even comfortable.
