Where was I going with this picture?
I took this image around the same time I took the other picture of Jocelyn. was running around snapping shots of my family last weekend at a cookout. I caught my extremely photogenic god sister sitting at the dining room table while everyone else was outside. I set the aperture fairly wide, f2. I wanted the image to focus on her eyes. It wasn’t posed and I think that relaxed feeling is expressed though the image. I didn’t do much other than convert to black and white with some basic skin smoothing.
