Bunny Gaming Chair! This chair is based off of a real gaming chair by autofull that I have myself irl so I wanted in my game maxis match style. This was my first time ever making objects in blender so I am very proud of myself. 

so unfortunately you have to have get famous in order for this to show up in your game, I’ll try to make a base game compatible version! :)

it has 11 swatches basically pink, black, and blue but you can have the simlish autofull logo on your chair or not.

Well, we suppose, that old computer geeks will be happy! Welcome our new CC - computer “Eye Beam Touch x86″.

In choice of the name we wanted it looked like a thin trolling. If you recognize, that “Eye Beam” sounds like IBM and “Touch” is the second half part of Macintosh then trolling happened succesfully. =)

In design you may easy to recognize old models of IBM x286 or x386 with horizontal-type case. No wireless technologies except that device with antenna for wireless network connection, which we made in design close to old dial-up modems of US Robotics. Wired mouse, wired keyboard, convex gray screen.

The stars are ready! Very colorful and cool wall decor. The little glowing stars inside are imitate optical illumination as in “Circle of infinity” from new official kit. Made before kit released, so requires base game only.

We just heard about the announce of new official kit and loved it’s some items so much, but it’s too long to wait of it’s release, so we created some of them by ourselves and already shared, lol. Here’s the coffee table “Lack of Maximalism”, as you may see it repeates the design of the original but with some changes, like this rounded surface and maybe different color palettes.

That differences we made to avoid people, especially copyrights owners saying that we’re thieves.

Welcome new cool thing we made - Rack with media system “Vitebsk”. The rack, stereo and the TV are the one item and their functionalities are united! So, there’s no need direct click on stereo to listen music or on the TV to watch movies, just click on it as the single object and choose the right action from the popup menu.

You may say, there’s nothing cool, because this feature is already in some items from Tiny Life stuff pack. Yes, you right, some items of Tiny Life have this functionality, but they require Tiny Life. Our item requires Base Game only!!!

You may find a tiny space under the lower shelf where the TV is standed and give a question - what this space is for? It’s for our gaming console “Angry Peppers” which is accurately fits into that space what brings the additional ability to the mediasystem - playing videogames. That’s awesome!

And also, there’s slot near stereo to place small items like small vases with flowers and etc.

Dear friends, we’re very sad because of the EA politics to make the purchasing of games from Origin unavailable for Russia and Belarus.

We were always in clear hope, that gaming is out of politics and all the conflicts between countries should resolve by diplomaty only. Unfortunately EA thinks differently.

They attribute their decision with the solidarity to Ukraine people. We’re more than sure, that their suspensions of sells the videogames for Russia and Belarus won’t help to Ukrainean, but will be perceived as the lack of respectation and national descreditation only, what has never contributed to peace and friendship between peoples; on the contrary, that fomented mutual hostility.

We’re stand in solidarity with Ukrainean too and wish them back to usual life as soon as it possible, but we don’t want to follow the mistake what EA is doing right now. We respect people of all countries, and don’t want to mix politics with gaming! That’s why we want to support our gamers from Russia and Belarus.

In according of that, we’re sorry to notify you, that we have to temporarily suspend the ability of downloading of our CC for all other countries except Russia and Belarus until EA stop to mix politics with gaming and disrespect people! You know us for long time, our CCs are always free, we do not making money on sharing it, and that’s not cool hype for us. Hello friends. Here we are with something new, with something exclusive for you.

You know about new movie Ghostbusters Afterlife, we suppose, you watched it already. We had not watched it yet, but in hope to do that it soon, cause we love it, we loved old movies, cartoons and, well, all that franchise. So, let’s welcome this amazing car “Plasma-1”.
While that theme is in hype, we decided to change the original name to “Plasma-1”, do some changes with Ghostbusters logo and change the team name to Ghost Catchers (in the description of the item) - to avoid possible confrontations with copyright holders and to fit this car with Sims 4 graphics style.

Yes, this is Maxis match. Very hard item to create, because of hard geometry, alot of small items (equipment on the roof) and paint all this parts into Maxis Match style, but we did it.
The car is decor. We’re sending another “Hello” with best wishes to gamedevs for The Sims 4 still has no drivable cars. Once they do that ability we update all our cars from decors into functional vehicles.

Yesterday we watched the stream on twitch. We’re not that fans of the game, which streamer has played, just she’s our friend. And when we saw that benches in his game, we decided in moment, that we want to create this benches for Sims4. That was quick - we spent less than day for creation of this item, and we now we want to share it.

The bench is called “Nordic double bench”. If you know who Nords are, then you know from which game that bench is. As usual, it’s not 100% copy, made with full process - meshing-texturing-configuring (not just port from one game to another). Even textures made by ourselves (if you try to compare the original and our item, you’ll find that differences).

The bench is amazingly looking in snow environment… maybe, because it has nordic design, and we used to associate Nords with something snowy. Also in that game where the original was, is snowy climate too.

We decided to some please you by sharing this cc item while we restoring items for our new cc stuff pack.

So, welcome this counters made in industrial style. We’re not sure if it’s good to fit on kitchen, but that’s what you really need for garages. All parts “made of welded steel” - doors, frame. It’s not glamour, it’s not for place food, dishes or pots with flowers.. it’s rough, for placing hammers, wrenches, dirty car parts and other items for hard working.

We’re hope that this new item will not let you bored while we restoring items and making some new for upcoming cc stuff pack.

Hello friends. We have some sad and good news.

Let’s start from sad. We decided to some clean system disc by using default cleaning software in Windows for safe delete useless items and the folders of old Windows versions. But the software decided, that all items in folder “Documents” are useless too and deleted them.  When we found what happened there was just default folder “My shapes”.
No folder “Electronic Arts/Sims4/Mods” with all our created CC items for Sims4 left, no folders with our projects for other games -  CC buildings for Cities Skylines; amazing WIP multiplayer mission for Arma 3 with lots of strings of scripts - we spent about a year of working at that project.
That’s sad, but…

Now it’s time for good news:
We’re able to restore most of lost data. We can just download all our released CC for Sims4 and Cities Skylines back. The restoration of items which were not published yet or which were in progress is a little bit harder. But as we created all this things, we have sources - prepared meshes and textures, config data and etc., so, it will takes some time, but not too much.The most difficult will be restoration of multiplayer mission for Arma 3, because we have backup, but it was created long time ago. We made alot of changes and improvements then, and that we will have to restore manually.So, what it all means. Unfortunatelly we have to delay the release of our new cc stuff pack for about 2-3 weeks. We wanted to do that before New Year, but there’s no enough time left and we don’t want to do that in hurry to avoid alot of bugs.

So, please, no panic, no hates, and don’t loss faith in us =) we restored already some items, and working with items for new stuff pack first. =)
