I build this modern two apartements complex and I wanted it to blend with the landscape (specially the cliff), so I decided to resize the lot and it worked
I’m so happy I succedded and I’m looking forward to custumize my worlds even more

Currently trying something different. This build is still in progress and it’s taking forever to furnish. I’m trying to do a neighborhood in this “colonial” style inspired by a picture I saw online and one of @brazenlotus build. The T.O.O.L mod is so useful to give life to a lot, like placing those cars on front. I started building a pub too, and I’m thinking about a baseball field (maybe).

ESCALIER D’HONNEUR
Back when I created my version of Hotel Beauharnais, I made a Limestone interior set out of @felixandresims CC but made them pretty hastily, so some items looked like they were made of play-doh. Iv now redone the textures and given the set the facelift it deserved.
The Original set had 21 pieces, and this updated one has 36. (Please replace the old files)

One of the newest ventures in my game is trying to successfully run a home business that doesn’t fold in a few days, so I aged up one of my classic sims from the Acceptanceshort film, Graciela, and created a new storyline for her as a first-time homeowner as she starts her own florist business. I’m using @crispsandkerosene‘shome business lot for Graciela and redecorated so that her shop is downstairs and she lives upstairs. She’s just moved in so there’s still some decorating to be done and her shop is still in its humble beginnings.
Perhaps I’ll age up Cameron too and move him in with her. They always ended up together in my mind.

Interior Design of my Grand Hall Nocturne. With CC it looks quite more like it’s ready for a Masquerade Ball. Working finally towards the finale of the first chapter of Allure of Darkness! Look out for the upcoming invitation!
I saved so many inspirations but I wanted a modern touch with a breeze of old times of course. This is only the foyer and some corners of the ballroom. It’s cozy and does give a a certain vibe and mood. Dark of course yet colorful, right? So I dunno what you guys think?

Okay by all means. Within the last few years I’m actually happy that we got some beautiful content by EA. Due to the fact that I love to complain a lot. Again, I wish they would give us more of this!

PERSON SCANDI BARN - WIP No.II
It’s a rainy day during fall at the Peson Scandi Barn in Henford. Progress is flowing and things come together. I actually love that house My effort is paying off, lol.
Kids Room = done, second bath = done, second bedroom with walk-in closet done!
Just the outdoor needs a little fix and the modern Scandiavian inspired Barnhouse is coming. I love that inner courtyard.
In one or two hours it will be done and it will be up, I think, but don’t pin me on that one Chance is high that I will deliver may a bit later. It will be today, though.. Perfectionist, you know!
