The best bit of advice I ever got was during my teaching training a few years ago. “You can’t pour from an empty cup”. You can’t devote yourself to anything - a job, a person, a hobby, a craft - if you’ve nothing left in you. 

Take breaks. Rest. Prioritise your health. Refill your cup.
