The book is called ‘Seven days of you’ By Cecilia Vinesse
Ooooh this book is just too adorable man! If you love to read about first love, second chance romance and all things Japan then this book is for you! It’s about a teen girl who has one week left in Japan after she has lived there for 4 years with her mum and sister, before they have to depart back to America because of her Mum’s work visa. However throw into the mix an old flame, a quirky friend with a love of all things punk rock, and a crush who turns out to be a huge A**hole things get a little bit more complicated.
This was such a good read. Not life changing, but boy it’s entertaining! Plus the mention of Japanese konbini snacks had me craving foods that I don’t think I can get in England!
5/5 stars!

Learn Korean With Spring Songs! Song 1 - Spring Breeze By Wanna One!
Hey all! I thought I’d do something a bit different with my vocab posts. I wanted to practice my Korean penmanship and increase my vocabulary at the same time. So I thought what better than to create a moodboard based off the vocab found in the song ‘Spring Breeze’
As I am not 100% fluent in Korean, there may be some mistakes. Also for the verbs I have looked them up and kept them in their unconjugated dictionary format.

This roughly translates to: My Thoughts on the book: It is a story about love and friendship and a life-long dedication to the written word. I loved this book!
I made a slight mistake here - It should be ‘카펜터’ not '카펜터스’

와! 와! 와! 저는 이 책이 매우, 매우 훈훈하다고 생각했어요! ❤⭐
Wow! Wow! Wow! I thought this book was very, very heart-warming!
Oh this book was just too cute! It was so beautifully told and how the writer described the importance of language, words and dictionaries was simply incredible! Also the translation into English was so elegantly done, it didn’t sound awkward or unusual, it just flowed.
5/5 stars. OUTSTANDING! 100% MUST READ!
(As I am not 100% fluent in Korean there could be a few mistakes!)
I finished this book back in March and thought it deserved a solid 4.5 stars out of 5.
I’m trying to practice my Korean everyday and I thought that by using it to talk about something that I’m really into would help. I’ve always been a huge booknerd and I’m now so pleased that I can combine two of my loves - Reading and Studying Korean!
Also if you want to recommend me any great reads so that I can document more in my Korean/ Book journal I’d be over the moon to hear your recommendations!

Here are a few pictures taken from today’s study journal. I read this book back in the beginning of March and really enjoyed it! If you are an avid K-Drama viewer and fan, then I think this book would be perfect for you!
이것은 책 너무 너무 따뜻한과 귀여웠어요! This book was so heart-warming and cute! ❤
The story is about a teenage girl who tries to win the heart of her crush by recreating famous trope scenes that are in K-Dramas! IT’S JUST TOO CUTE! Aggh!
(There are a few trigger warnings to watch out for in this book, so you might want to research the book before reading it, just to make sure that it’s a book that is right for you.)
