my current life aesthetic: coffee, postcards, fountain pens ✒️ ☕️

queen of sending people letters and postcards they can’t decipher ♥️

POV: you pick up a new fountain pen and stationary, write postcards at an old favourite coffee shop, and grab a few croissants at a little bakery on your way back home

unbelievably excited about having a bilingual bibliography for this essay

i started the netanyahus yesterday and this novel is everything i needed ever

recently & currently: i finished to the river today, and it was nice seeing her use the mix of memoir and criticism which she nails with the lonely cityoreverybody.

and i’m also reading n-w,which took a while getting used to but which i can tell is very well done; and finally maya jasanoff’s biography of conrad which is so, so good that i want to savour it

working on the last set of edits and hoping i live to see the end of this heatwave
