HI FRIENDS

I hope you’re all feeling very proud of yourselves for getting through 2020 - you should be!

Wishing everyone a lovely amazing beautiful year ahead filled with hope and growth <3

In other news, I’m flying back to London in a measly five days, and I’m ready to get my head back in the uni game with fun practicals and all my amazing friends :) I’m a bit nervous because the global situation is still so uncertain, but I’m trying to stay optimistic.

As always, please send in your asks/messages/comments and feel free to come say hi to me whenever - I don’t bite and I always love hearing from you guys :p

A little thing I did while filming for the YouTube video that I’ve been procrastinating on editing (for like a month now lmao omg I need to fix my procrastination issue)

I thought this was a fun little look into my neat notes vs. my messy notes :D just wanted to show you guys that I don’t always have perfect cutesy handwriting and that that’s in fact fairly normal.

Hii friends - currently willing myself to sit through four hours worth of lectures on suturing. Basically which knots to tie and when. Kinda dull ngl, would much rather be learning about the surgeries themselves but I know every single bit of knowledge is a step in the right direction so I’ve got my bubble tea and i’m trying to pay close attention!

Also my driving instructor said I did good today hehehe. Next on the agenda after these lectures: draft my essay and edit a yt video on how I study!

Drop me any asks you have or comment or message me about how your day is going! I love speaking to all of you :D

had a busy library day today, tried to motivate myself by fully embracing some kind of warm autumnal academia spin off

visited the site of the battle of flodden field the other day! despite studying the tudors at a level, id not appreciated the death toll of the three hour battle til now! the photo on the right shows the memorial, and the right shows the church where it’s claimed the body of king james iv of scotland was taken after his death.

medical history will always have my heart, but who can resist a bit of fashion history?? could have spent hours looking at these in the national museum of scotland today!

lovely day out in edinburgh today! couldn’t resist getting photos of some of my favourites of the paintings i got to see in the scottish national gallery!!

ive had a nice little break between deadlines which has given me a chance to really focus on my last exam of the year, for my soviet experiment module. i’d always take a coursework style essay over an exam (even open book like this one will be), but at least getting a choice of questions means i get to pick the areas to focus on in revision. as you can tell (if you can read my handwriting), i tend to be drawn to social histories more than anything else, so i’m hoping some good questions come up!
