I’m still a tad upset Sun and Moon never built on this any, since it sounds like Giovanni and Nanu had some kind of past history even beforeNanu’s police officer days, and I wanted to know more about it.
(Especially since this was a plot point exclusive to the anime.)
Birthday Month is officially over…and it was very energizing and refreshing! So here’s some WIPs from all the wandering my brain did as I let myself be creative and work on what I wanted to without regard to anything else. Some of my best meshes to date I think for original stuff, and puzzle-piecing together old meshes for other uses was equally satisfying. Have I even mentioned that meshing and texturing are my favorite parts of the process?
Sims can turn cream into butter in the comfort of their own homes, with enough elbow grease and ingredients on hand.
Children through Elder sims with a body skill of 1 and cooking skill of 1 may churn butter. Sims with a cooking skill of 2 may start to churn herbed butter. This station uses a Crafting Points system where ingredients are stocked into the station for later use. Anything stocked into the station cannot be removed later. The churn is repo’d to the Wine Cask from the Grapes of Rad set. It can be found in Appliances > Large.
For this set, a churn pole serves as the inventory tool. Having this in a sim’s inventory bypasses trait restrictions and allows for autonomy in other cases.
Two products are produced, butter or herbed butter. These are food point items worth 12 points each and can be used to stock the fridge, sold for profit, or used in other crafting stations.
Bonus: Butter Dish. This is merely a decorative dish that is shaped to hold butter blocks. It is repo’d to Fire_flower’s Super Pottery Set.

Maxis…why can’t you have a simple freaking animation for drinking a potion?
Your creature creation/cures all come in the flavor of “stuck a fork in a socket”.
Your Gypsy Potions (aka Love Potion which seems to be the basis of all potion animations that are not creature ones…) are slightly less shocking looking, but have stupid music attached to them.
Your medicine/biotech viruses are ALMOST perfect…save they’re only fit for test tube sized nonsense and therefore the hand is going to ALWAYS clip…
So I’m forced to choose the lesser of these evils.Just have to figure out which it is…
Sims skilled in cleaning will be able to transform animal hides and pelts into valuable leather, cured furs, and parchment.
For gameplay purposes, the tanning process has been severely simplified in steps and time wise and will ONLY follow a Brain/Egg/Bark tanning method instead of a “traditional medieval” style. Because I don’t want to deal with human waste in my making of things, regardless of historical accuracy.
This set consists of two stations that work together to produce Tanned Leather, Cured Fur, or Parchment.
TheHide Working Station is step one in the process. Sims will wash and scrape animals pelts into a Worked Hide item. This item has no value and can only be processed further.
While Parchment and Cured fur are a continuous process that occurs at the Hide Working Station since they need a more delicate and directive processing manner, Tanned Leather is produced at a separate Tanning Frame.
TheTanning Frame will take approximately 2 hours to dry Worked Hides into Tanned Leather, provided that no bad weather strikes and the frame is not sheltered.
If your sim is successful, they will earn themselves a variety of products. All of these can be sold for profit, or saved for further processing later down the road. The Tanned Leather has an additional option to be cut into Leather Strips.

Loads O’ Laundry is a fully incorporated laundry system akin to that of the Sims 3 and 4. It consists of a global mod and various objects for storing, washing and drying your dirty laundry and turning them into fresh outfits ready to be worn. In essence, the Fetch Water set has not been revamped much in terms of look or even function. A variety of wells and natural resources act as places for sims to gather buckets of water or drinking water. Most improvements are Quality of Life in code, or some added complexity and function. These new functions are also user tunable via BCON so that timing and stuff can be changed to what is desire. All this information can be found in the corresponding manual. Yeah so I simp BIGfor the sun and moon and I wanted to make human versions of them so I can cosplay but I had a lot of ideas and was having trouble choosing one to go with so I drew them all out! Doing this really helped me finalize what designs I like best!!! btw if anyone out there likes these too and wants to use em go ahead just @ me
