Happy Earth Day!
Everyday we do so many things to help take care of our bodies. We exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy foods, moisturize our skin, sleep… the list goes on and on because we want to live well and improve the quality of our life.
Well that same energy needs to be put into the way we treat our environment and this earth because it has the biggest impact on the quality of our lives.
There are so many things we can do to make a difference. From going virtual and paperless to consuming less meat and more plant foods to planting a tree to cutting back on air and car travel to reducing food and plastic waste to recycling and upcycling materials.
I’m proud to say I’ve done all these things and have taken it a step further by wearing sustainable clothing like this @sweatybetty outfit. My top is made from recycled polyester and my leggings are made from 17 plastic bottles How cool is that?! So I’m taking care of my body and helping the planet at the same time Every change no matter how small, makes a difference.

Uuuugh what a day! So much is being put to the test right now ⚡️ and we get to review and question different aspects of our lives and who we are in relationship to what is happening…
This makes everything that provides grounding and stability even more valuable and important these days: like those few humans that we actually feel really seen by or the routines that offer nourishment and a sense of safety… What’s going on in the world and in our individual realities ultimately brings us back to our core and makes self care and healthy boundaries absolutely vital. It becomes apparent how little we actually ever really know - and how fast things can change. What we can do with these energies is to surrender even more, to embrace what is as much as we can and to dance with the changes that are taking place.
What do you believe in when your perspective on life is being challenged like this? How do you respond to the intensity that is manifesting in different ways? Are you willing to dive into the unknown!?

Good morning beauties.
I haven’t posted in ages and have been a busy bee working on other projects alongside shopping for things I don’t need. With that being said, this wonder book was acquired from @past_treasures_vintage who knew that this edition was meant for me. Les Maisons Romantiques de France is a wonderfully illustrated book of chic and quaint french styling. I’m in love and already thinking of new ways to incorporate raw plaster on my walls
