A nice break from doing bunch of paintings and drawings! Posters are mainly inspired by Mucha, Jules Chéret and other artists from similar time period.
Tomorrow’s the day I should have been going to go see The Phantom of the Opera in NY, but my tour bus got canceled, and I’ll never stop being bitter about it. Anyways, if anyone wants an orchestra seat for $50, I listed the ticket on Stub Hub.
As some of you may know, “Ghost on the Roof” made its debut on Webtoon Canvas a year and a half ago, and last year they reached out to me to become a Webtoon Originals!
Since then, the comic went on preproduction for a relaunch and it will be making its return on Webtoon, March 10th at 5 pm PST !
Sadly, that means this version on Tumblr will be deleted. I wanted to thank all of my faithful tumblr readers since this is the platform I started posting Ghost on the Roof on, and none of this would have been possible without your support. From the bottom of my heart : Thank you!!!!

I haven’t posted in forever, whoops So yep, this is fanart for the opera Faust. The @royaloperahouse posted one of their productions of it on YouTube and that got me in the mood :,)
I was inspired to draw my version of Christine Daaé performing the leading lady role of Marguerite, with two randos (looking like Raoul and the Phantom, not intentionally I promise) as Faust and Mephistopheles, during the final act of the opera. If you wanna know more, definitely check out the Jewel aria and the final trio represented here, I think they sound pretty awesome but you know, it’s opera so you do you
