if i feel like a dog, but not a dog that could exist, is that therianthropy or otherkin? the only thing unnatural is the blue spots but still
having a hard time figuring out that little nuance haha
Depends who you ask; “therian” can be defined as “earthly animals only,” but the older definition, which is catching on and becoming more popular again, includes anything “animalistic”/non-sapient, even things that don’t exist on earth (like “feral” dragons who aren’t sapient, for instance, who have a long history in the therian community).

my grandma told me I looked cute that day
i got an among us plushie at the mall and it had like, new plushie from the mall stink on it and i literally went “i just gotta sleep with it in my bed a lot so it smells like me” and then realized Oh that is in fact Dog Behavior
Whenever I walk into a place with the “no dogs allowed” sign at the entrance, I feel like an undercover spy. I’m like “Ha! They don’t know I’m actually a dog, who just looks like a human!”
