I just realized all the kids growing up with Spotify don’t have to spend money on specific music anymore, so they probably won’t have the memory of saving up money to buy their first CD and having it be something super cringy…like I think I saved up $15 for three weeks to buy the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack at Barnes & Noble when I was 9 and I was really proud of myself for that. Add your first CD you were way too proud of buying in the tags

Poking around the Founders-era Naruto fandom, for some reason I can’t remember, there was something that got me in here but heck if I know what it was, I haven’t properly read any Naruto since Sasuke left the village to study with Orochimaru (yes, that long ago), all my knowledge of events post-then is via fandom osmosis.
LastI had heard, Hashirama was The Most Amazing Hokage/Ninja Ever and Madara was Super Duper Bad News Yikes.
Now I’m actually learning about who these two idiots were as people, and the more I do the more I get the strong impression that Hashirama and Madara had one brain cell between them, and its name was Tobirama.

i’m keeping good faith that biden will win nevada (knock on wood), but i also selfishly want to see georgia flip since he’s only 3k behind even though they’re at 99% counted and it hasn’t been called.

He reaches the bottom with a loud thud and a groan.
Whispers.Why are there whispers?
A sharp pain through his abdomen. A whimper.
A flash of gold and black, a sickening crack against his skull that echos within it too. Another whimper, somehow even quieter this time.
Footsteps up the stairs, the body abandoned.
A pair of eyes slip shut and the world falls away.
