I predict that the next Sanders Asides is going to be either an episode with just the sides, without Thomas or maybe a flashback episode? Maybe. I mean, he did say it would be “a tad different”
I know that asides isn’t connected to the main plot but I want it to start off with Virgil waking up in his room. He checks his phone and goes “sh*t I overslept” then gets out of bed fast. He checks his phone to see that they recorded a video without him so he needs to find out what happened. First he runs into Remus who also has no clue what happened. Then he runs into the rest of the sides one by one who gives a flashback of their interpretation of the events. Afterwards Virgil can’t really make sense of it so he does his “you tried, you failed, let’s go to sleep” thing then takes a nap.
because. because. the way logan shrugged and shook his head. the way his arms are crossed. the way he looked at thomas so sterny. the way he quickly and immediately responded with “you tell me.”

because logan doesn’t know. logan is constantly unintentionally dismissed by thomas and the other sides that he doesn’t have his own personal expectations for the future.
he tells thomas that he, thomas, should tell, should instruct logan what will happen. because logan’s aspirations were never met - logan’s goals and personal wants were abandoned long ago. now, he’s just another ragdoll for thomas to play around with. “you tell me“ because he follows thomas’ instructions, seemingly forever and always. he’s thomas’ personal devotee and martyr.
and the way this absolutely juxtaposes the other sides who HAVE personal wants, wishes, and expectations for the series. the others have expectations and believe in them with much conviction but he asks thomas to tell him what he should do because he is hollow.
or if he isn’t, he doesn’t prioritize his personal beliefs. thomas tells him what he should do, because thomas’ word is gospel to him, and logan is nothing.
and the way he said this so immediate yet casual, like he’s grappled with this idea for so long. and now, he’s just admitting defeat. you tell me, he says without a flinch, because he has wholeheartedly accepted that his word means nothing to the others. he wholeheartedly accepts that hebears no weight in this supposed family.

you tell me what to believe, what to feel, what to think,
Did anyone else notice Logan’s lip quivering when Thomas left his house???? Am I the only one????? I need someone who has the skill level to make a short video or gif to back me up here
