#abcheck! I have been taking it easy lately in the gym while still trying to maintain the physique I worked so hard for. Recovery time is crucial and I need to give this old athlete’s body a break sometimes! I’m lifting about 4 times per week and doing HIIT Cardio about 2 times per week. I’m eating clean while still enjoying life and indulging when I want. #workhardplayhard I have been feeling great and am pleased at how my body is responding. Moral of the story…. Listen to your body!
