#abcheck! I have been taking it easy lately in the gym while still trying to maintain the physique I worked so hard for. Recovery time is crucial and I need to give this old athlete’s body a break sometimes! I’m lifting about 4 times per week and doing HIIT Cardio about 2 times per week. I’m eating clean while still enjoying life and indulging when I want. #workhardplayhard I have been feeling great and am pleased at how my body is responding. Moral of the story…. Listen to your body!

This is me most days:
Brush pen in one hand, dumbbell in the other.
But that’s just because I have just two hands. There should be another one for my graphic pen (for the digital part of my work), one for the wooden spoon while I cook for the fam, one for all the other housework stuff (but I wouldn’t hesitate to drop those) and most importantly one for the cuddles with my girl.
