Since Noiz is German, he must’ve been specifically taught that in English, “S” makes an S sound and “Z” makes a Z sound, as opposed to German, where “S” makes a Z sound and “Z” makes a “Ts” sound

That’s probably why he spells it ‘Noiz’. It’s probably a spelling error he made as a kid and just clung onto.
