W I N E D A Y S // “La vita è troppo breve per bere male” e con questo slogan non posso che essere completamente d’accordo.
Infatti è ormai da qualche anno che ho adottato la sana abitudine di bere bene, complice soprattutto la fortuna di aver preso parte a tante degustazioni e di conoscere più da vicino il magnifico mondo del vino.
Ieri sono stato alla grande Enoteca di @eatalyroma che offre una vastissima offerta di vini toccando tutte le eccellenze del nostro territorio.

Tuscany Vineyard
Tuscany villa with a vineyard, winery, bar and a restaurant.
I’ve checked many Tuscany villas images to be inspired and try to build a real winery and I did what I could so sorry if it’s not 100% accurated.
I’m feeling a bit sick right now but I wanted to upload this build before the weekend starts cause I’m gonna have some very busy and stressful days from now on. I’ll try to tag some of the cc creators when I have more free time.

Wine Tasting, Chile
Wine tasting at Clos Apalta Winery was a lovely day out. The winery, easily one of the best in South America let alone Chile, has a natural gravity based wine cellar built 25 metres underground. The day was topped off by lunch at a neighbouring winery called Vina Montes. Delicious!

From the architect: The herdade of the Freixo, with about 300ha, and 26ha of vineyard, presents itself as a typical Alentejo landscape, undulating, diversified and with interesting points of view on the surroundings. Punctuated by clusters of wild olive trees, olive trees and holm oak, it still concentrates in one of its elevations a mount, identified by typically rural constructions that define it.
The morphology of the existing ground was so decisive for the definition of the project, making it imperative to keep it unchanged although subject to an intervention with this volume of construction. Any intervention would never jeopardize the balance found on site.
