#balcony garden
When things start growing again that means it’s really spring right?
3.19.21 - first morning glory flower!
Pre-Lammas harvest from my balcony garden! This was my first time attempting to grow potatoes and I’m pleasantly surprised at the result! They are definitely smaller than store bought, and I think I would bury my seed potatoes several inches deeper next year to try to produce a lager crop! Overall I’m glad I tried it! I will be replanting dill and a few other herbs to hopefully dry and store in time for winter!

I got some work done at the balcony, so now I enjoy the early summer evening and drink the last of my brother’s May Day mead (he promised to make more for Midsummer ❤️)
Forget-me-nots I relocated from the cottage are blooming! I also planted forget-me-not seeds, but if I understood right, they will not bloom until next year.
While I initially only planned to take forget-me-nots, some other plants hitchhiked with them and I can’t say I’m sorry to see they survived too :D
