I’m thinking I need a complete reset right now. I’ve been eating like crap and have been half-assing my workouts and just not really in the mindset I want to be in. So I’m gonna start taking things little by little and not put so much pressure on myself to give it my all right out of the gate. I think I expected too much and when I didn’t reach my expectations I felt defeated. So I’m gonna give myself smaller goals and more reachable goals that I know I’ll be able to exceed.
