Preorders are open for the Bow Appreciation Zine! Preorders will run from April 19th to May 20th, all through Gumroad!

Zine is roughly 40 pages, full color, 6 by 9 inches. The hard copies will be ordered and shipped out after preorders, aiming for sometime in late June/ early July. The PDFs will be sent out through email after preorders close.
The Writer’s Zine contains 7 short stories and small illustrations to accompany each one! The Writer’s Zine totals almost 15,000 words and is available as an add on to any order for 3$ or alone for 5$. This is a PDF only and will be emailed after preorders close.

FAQ from the Interest check:
Will writers be allowed?
Originally the answer was no, but due to interest we will opening apps for writers! The writing portion of the book will be as an add on pdf, and if there is enough interest it will be printed separately from the full color book (as black and white is cheaper.) More info on this later!
How are ships with age gaps/incest going to be handled/will this zine allow artists who draw content involving that?
This is a platonic only zine! No smooching allowed, just Bow being buds with everyone. We will not accept artists that we find doing homophobic/transphobic/incest content.
Are there any requirements for participating as an artist (I.e age requirements, ability requirements, etc.)
Our age requirement is 15, but you must be able to meet deadlines professionally! Please keep this in mind when applying. Due to this being for charity and the lower age target audience of the show, we decided this was a good number. We have limited slots as printing is expensive, we aim to take around 30-35 artists. You will be judged on your drawing ability, so submit a portfolio of your best work!
Does my portfolio need to have drawings of Bow in it?
Not required, but appreciated! We would rather see a focus on backgrounds, full bodies, and coloring! Also make sure that your portfolio is well organized, with your best work at the top!
