Breakfast! Experimenting with some pancake recipes. I’m obsessed with pancakes…you know fluffy, white flour pancakes with maple syrup. But since all those grains and white sugar aren’t that good for you, I’m trying to find a comprable, clean recipe.

I used protein powder, quick oats, milk, and eggs.

Last time I made pancakes, they turned out really flat. This time they were super fluffy! But they were also extremely dry. Getting there! I’ll try again soon. When I get it right, I’ll be sure to share the full recipe :)
