This is awesome! Make sure to be careful with online translators, though-for example I just typed in “I am bored” into the latin translator and got back “i, cibi” which makes no sense at all.

I had this list of names I liked from books I’d read, and it kept getting longer and longer until it was pretty much useless for quickly finding a name while I was alt-tabbed out of CAS.

I’ll go first. Names have vibes and energy. I would never name a snotty popular girl Samantha, Beth, or Margaret. But Brooke? Anastasia? Savannah? Those girl names can strut down the hall in Gucci heels they bought with Daddy’s credit card. Two similar names can even have different energies. Bryce and Kaden sound young and cool. Bruce and Calvin sound middle-aged.
Even in fantasy, Jerok doesn’t sound cool for an orc warrior, but change it to Jurak and now you’re cooking with gas.
I see this a lot, no one has actual names, or any reference for names, that are legit Native American, varying among the tribes, for their characters.
Babynames.com and shit like that will give you names made up by white people.
However, I’ve got your solution.
Native-Languages is a good website to turn to for knowledge on a lot of native things, including native names. If you’re unsure about the names you’ve picked, they even have a list of made up nameshere!
Please don’t trust names like babynames.com for native names, they’re made up and often quite offensive to the cultures themselves.
