these were literally only a banana and two eggs. thats amazing, and healthy. how does that happen? but it does kind of taste like french toast, which is fine to me. i added some cinnamon and it was a great breakfast. these don’t look pretty because i think i didn’t mash the banana as well as i should have and i didn’t have baking powder, but i know for next time.

these are amazing. i actually made these all by myself. with my mom telling me exactly what to do, but its seriously so easy and so yummy. also my mom got really into my pictures, so the reason it looks nicer than usual is because she got to have a say in it.

doesn’t it look just like mashed potatoes!! it doesn’t really taste like it, but close enough. i was definitely satisfied. i think i’ve comes to realize that i can substitute cauliflower for rice, AND potatoes. kind of. what a healthy alternative.

just an attempt to eat everything i have before it goes bad, and before i go back home. i put just everything in a pan and ate it. it was kind of hard to eat because the tomatoes were so hot, but i love tomatoes so i got over it.
