I found this cool botanical garden this afternoon and they had so many air plants.
So I absolutely adore plants and have a room full of them, but I mean, who can say no to new plants :)
So today I went out to Bunnings warehouse and went plant searching for 2 plants to represent Aziraphale and Crowley. I wound up getting a third one for Anathema <3
I got myself a baby Alocasia Elephants Ear. The picture is from online as my camera is broken. It has three stems like a hydra and the leaves are much smaller and have the shape of a dragons head. I can’t wait to post the photos when I get my camera fixed.
For Aziraphale I got an Asplenium australasicum, which is a birds nest fern, mine has some more leaves, its very cute and the leaves facing the inside are beautifully textured.
For Anathema I got a Ligularia Tractor Seat Plant, named because the leaves look like a tractor seat. Although I probably didn’t need to write that since it’s super obvious o_o
I beaded my pothos.

Ohmygod, I need to make one planter like this. Imagine when the sun, a candle or a light is shining on it and your room turns into a plant disco. That would be fun looking.

This is going to be my worst Christmas ever. My grandpa is dying and they gave him 2 days…. I promised him to take care of his cacti, but I am scared that I ruïn them or something.
Does anyone have tips to take care of cacti?

Sensitive Plant (Mimosa pudica)
This plant will bring hours of entertainment to kids of any age. The Sensitive Plant actually moves when you touch its leaves. The fine leaflets open in the daylight, yet when touched will collapse downward. Give them an hour or so and up they’ll come again. As plants mature, they form small pink puffs of bloom adding an extra benefit to this unique species.
