Crane Pose - tricky posture, first one must utilize proper technique and form. once those are setup only then can strength be engaged.

Full Wheel : deep backbend.

There are no special tricks or techniques to do this pose, it’s a matter of maintaining a regular yoga practice. Work on not only the spine, but the shoulders and hips too. Flexibility in those areas are needed to bend this way.
