I know haven’t been very active as of late.
Don’t worry I’m not dead just lazy. So I apologize to my newer followers who haven’t been getting anything.
The thing is, so much has been going on.
My mom works in a nursing home that has been crawling with COVID. Thursday, we found out she tested positive. It was inevitable but it still had us shook because she doesn’t have any symptoms.
Yesterday, me and my aunt (because we both live with my mom) had to get tested. Thankfully, we came up negative but we had to come live with my grandma for two weeks & quarantine.
It’s been rough. I miss my mom and I can’t go to work.
So bear with me. I’m stressed, worried, and everything else. I’ll try to post new memes if I get any ideas.
Crap, I had a positive covid test last week but the doc’s office dropped the ball: no one told me. I just found out today when they called to ask how I was, and I asked for the PCR results they hadn’t given me. ♀️
Getting tested again today to see if it’s resolved. I was doing so much better on antibiotics that I figured it was just bacterial after all, not viral or a combo. Must have been a combo, and thanks to my triple vaccine, my covid symptoms have been almost zilch.
But I had to inform my boss, and she had to tell my team that there “has been an exposure” and that “we all need to get tested today”. Argh
My safety officer wouldn’t even test me, once he found out about my positive PCR last week, and told me I should go home… but my boss says that’s not required by the new guidelines. Then she said I have covid hours available, so I might as well use some until I decide I don’t have these mild symptoms anymore.
I had basically told her that I have been feeling for a longwhile now like my allergy meds weren’t working, so that’s probably really omicron making me feel like I still had allergy symptoms. Well, guess who gets to stay home for a while? This person . This is like a vacation ffs. Ah, well. ♀️

Better to get them now while they’re still available for free so you can test quick and easy at home if you’re feeling sick. I had a cold a few weeks ago and was so glad I was able to use one to make sure I was negative.
My parents took me to Alton Towers this week to celebrate my birthday and I had a great time but it took a lot out of me. I’ve been doing pretty much nothing for the past 3 days trying to recover. Usually I would feel guilty for being so unproductive but I know that this is necessary for me to prevent going into autistic burnout. I’m usually very good on rollercoasters and they never make me feel sick but since my overdose I’ve been suffering from headaches and nausea so I wasn’t able to do as many rollercoasters as I usually would. I had some follow up bloods done and they showed that I was fighting an infection but they don’t know where the infection is. I’ve taken a covid test just incase although my doctor said they don’t think it is covid because my symptoms don’t match. Oh my god the covid test was horrible!!! It is an awful experience for anyone with sensory issues
