Just found this old book in the pile. Night Magic by Cassandra Eason a completely nostalgic book for the ideas that it introduces. The concept of a night-based magical practice is a fascinating one, working with deities and spirits of the night and tapping in to the powers of darkness. This book and Konstantinos’ Nocturnal Witchcraft were two books that I really resonated with when I first started practicing. There aren’t many books that focus specifically on nocturnal magic but there used to be a really questionable website dedicated to it. So it’s always been very intriguing to me

#inktoberday3 I chose ‘moss’ from @alexgold_art s #leafytober & additional prompt selected at random from ‘The Woman’s Dictionary of Symbols & Sacred Objects’ was ‘lily.’ But then I was like I don’t want to draw moss AND lilies, so obv I went with the totally related…Lilith. If you’re into astrology Black Moon Lilith is doing all kinds of things atm, (Black Moon, not the asteroid Lilith…) so IDK this was on my mind. I’m really having fun with #inktober this year, IDK if you can tell ✨☠️
