Inspired by the Goddess of the Crossroads, Wisdom & Witchcraft - our Hecate candle is perfectly dark, enchanting and magickal AF. Known as the Dark Mother and the Triple Moon Goddess, Hecate is often symbolised by black hounds, serpents, keys, torches and crossroads. Hecate is the Goddess of magick, Witchcraft and the Moon. She is the Maiden, Mother and Crone. She holds magick, ancient and wise. She is both loving and destructive. She was a liminal goddess who was present at all the boundaries and transitional moments in life.
Our Hecate cauldron candles smell like antique keys, cloves, mandrake, sandalwood and magick. Infused with Black Moonstone - known as the stone of intuition, dreams and protection, Black Moonstone is associated with the darker aspects of the Lunar Goddess Hecate. Black Moonstone work with improving your psychic intuition and divine feminine energy in this case the Dark Mother Hecate. Serpentine was also deliberately chosen for personal transformation and kundalini activation. Finally I chose Colombian Singing Quartz (the highest vibrational Quartz in the world), a great light sound energy crystal to heal both the body and the mind. #inktoberday3 I chose ‘moss’ from @alexgold_art s #leafytober & additional prompt selected at random from ‘The Woman’s Dictionary of Symbols & Sacred Objects’ was ‘lily.’ But then I was like I don’t want to draw moss AND lilies, so obv I went with the totally related…Lilith. If you’re into astrology Black Moon Lilith is doing all kinds of things atm, (Black Moon, not the asteroid Lilith…) so IDK this was on my mind.
