Absolute favorite part of flexible dieting.
The Tetris meal.
What can I throw together at the end of the night to get as close to my daily targets as possible even if it means eating at 10pm

Sometimes it’s actual dinner food. Sometimes it’s candy and a protein shake.
I think one time or two I actually ate 3 bowls of cereal for dinner just because I can. On a calorie restriction it’s not as easy, but it can be done and you can still reach those fat loss goals.

I was SOOOO excited when I found the picture on the left. Literally it was a Snapchat and the text on it was “My hamstrings won’t grow. Calorie deficit problems.”

..
The picture on the left was about a year ago eating maybe 1300 calories and using Herbalife. I think I was 130 lbs at this point.

.
A 6 month long calorie increase period and a lot of hard work later… I FINALLY HAVE HAMSTRINGS. I weighed in at 132 lbs yesterday. (that’s 4 lbs lighter than the peak of my bulk) and I’m steadily losing about half a pound a week. Can’t wait to see what other body love I discover.
