This is my Absolute favorite part of flexible dieting. The Tetris meal. What can I throw together at the end of the night to get as close to my daily targets as possible even if it means eating at 10pm . Sometimes it’s actual dinner food. Sometimes it’s candy and a protein shake. I think one time or two I actually ate 3 bowls of cereal for dinner just because I can. On a calorie restriction it’s not as easy, but it can be done and you can still reach those fat loss goals. . Have questions about how you can still eat ice cream at 10pm and lose weight?! . . I was SOOOO excited when I found the picture on the left. Literally it was a Snapchat and the text on it was “My hamstrings won’t grow. Calorie deficit problems.”
.. The picture on the left was about a year ago eating maybe 1300 calories and using Herbalife. I think I was 130 lbs at this point.
. A 6 month long calorie increase period and a lot of hard work later… I FINALLY HAVE HAMSTRINGS. I weighed in at 132 lbs yesterday. (that’s 4 lbs lighter than the peak of my bulk) and I’m steadily losing about half a pound a week. Can’t wait to see what other body love I discover.
. Getting to know your body and how it reacts to food is really cool guys.
