for my own accountability! I have no calorie restrictions or macro restrictions, just want to eat more whole foods and less processed foods.. Will try to post more pics instead of text posts!!!
- This AM: Strawberry smoothie
- Strawberries, almond milk, protein powder, spinach
- coffee with almond milk
- Lunch: Dahl tadka
- Lentils, tomatoes, jalepenos, garlic, onion, olive oil, spices
- Dinner: Lentil Burger on whatwever bread i have at home (hopefully its whole wheat or sprouted)
- Lentils, walnuts, sunflower seeds, spices, flax, onion, garlic, carrot
- Snack: orange, espresso
- Water - 1 glass in AM, 64 oz from 10-4,
Need to go shopping!! I need groceries ASAP
