The jewel lily is looking at is an illusion stone, which can mask your appearance to whatever you wish.
Fiddling around with an idea I used in the past. Do you all remember the illness I gave Lily that was inspired by a book about a girl who develops an illness that made her gain weight quite suddenly? Yeah what if I brought that back?
