Malfoy’s other hand sweeps down to her lower back, pulling her closer yet, and she goes abruptly still.
“To answer your question from before,” he says, voice low as he begins to twirl her about in the dance’s final waltz, “no.”
“No what?” she breathes, limp in his grasp, forgetting all the steps. Her eyes flit to other couples as he leads, trying to see whether they’re being watched.
But Malfoy stops them short just then, dragging her close once more so she’s flush against him. It forces her breath to build at the top of her chest, and she stares up at him, lips parted, cheeks flaming, heart pounding.
“No — I don’t think we’ve done nearly enough to each other.”
I arrived late for the halloween party (as usual) but here’s something I’ve been looking forward to for weeks, one of my favorite bm/bs scenes from the talented @ , supposedly draco’s suit was supposed to be a bit wrecked and hermione would have had it little bells in the harlequin outfit, but let’s say I gave a glamorous ahahaha

That tongue traces its fangs again, eyes tightening like they’re zeroing in on a specific target. Her stomach. Her jugular. She can’t be sure.

I initially had another sketch going on, with the central idea of a cover, but I totally hated it and preferred to start over from scratch. honestly i’m completely in love with what came out, dont look back is a masterpiece i didn’t know i needed, congratulations @onyx-and-elm for the TALENT
another drawing coming straight from the dark side hahaha. I was reading one of @senlinyu’s amazing works and found myself looking forward to new chapters of a particular fanfic, let the dark in. while the update doesn’t come, this drawing is part of a delusion of mine that derailed like a train. I decided to make an image of a point in the story that hasn’t happened yet but I’m looking forward to seeing (assuming that there will be yule ball). and during all this i found out that my weak spot has a name and address and is called draco malfoy with a scar wearing durmstrang’s uniform. (Is it me or do you also think Hermione’s dress would be much prettier in blue?)

Granger was trembling, her breath coming out in shaky puffs. He opened his eyes to see that she was crying softly. Her fingers curled into his arms and she leaned into him, her forehead resting on his chest for just a breath before she straightened back up, as if determined to face him head on as he bared his soul to her.
“So you see,” he continued, “My soul has been damaged for a long time now. I’ll never be whole again. But you…” He trailed his thumb over her cheek, catching a tear. “You’re perfect. And I would kill a thousand men if it meant saving you from feeling like that just once.”
Her lip quivered. A sob erupted from her lips as more tears escaped her eyes.
“Oh, Draco…” she cried, sliding her hands up his arms to grip his biceps. She tilted her head up, stepping into him with parted lips.
Malfoy’s hand is unforgiving against her own, squeezing hard enough that it aches. Hermione digs her nails in, knowing the sensitive expanse of his pale skin will be marked for hours.
A fair trade, considering the heavy diamond ring on her finger that feels like a shackle. Her hand and arm still tingle from the binding magic, and she can’t risk looking down at it. She knows if she does, she’ll remember the gold strand that wrapped around her skin, tying them together for the rest of their miserable lives.
I can’t help but wonder what winter at Hogwarts would really be like. Like the snow that falls, the excitement of going home, the warmth of the school and the magic feeling that comes with it.
This is by far my favorite Draco scene because he was really considering doing what he wanted and not what his parents wanted. You can’t really see the contemplation on Draco’s face
The miraculous appearance of the Magical Mistletoe at the Yule Ball was a real gift for Draco Malfoy and a chance to change everything. The absence of any doubt in his eyes and the determined willingness to cling to her lips in a kiss literally shocked Hermione and, presumably, everyone present at the ball, too ☺️
