However, beyond the prosaic fluff, there was a patent dearth of information regarding the events that had transpired in the Department of Mysteries, and absolutely none of them spoke of the Death Eater arrests or their developments. Even The Daily Prophet, that over-priced, rumour-mongering rag, had brushed past the topic with nary a thought.
Why was that? Hermione wondered.

“Who are you?“ she slurred through her teeth when she finally stopped sobbing. She stared up at the man standing beside her.
A myriad of emotions suddenly flickered across his face. He opened his mouth, then shut it firmly and hesitated.
"I’m in charge of your care,” he finally said, his expression blank once more. He pulled a small bottle seemingly out of nowhere. “You should take this. You’ll probably be able to remember what happened when you wake next.”
Hermione hesitated at then nodded in acquiescence. He slid a hand under her neck and base of her skull and helped tilt her rigid body up so she could swallow it. As soon as she drank it, her exhaustion took hold of her fully, and she felt herself drifting off.
“Do I know you?” she asked as her eyes slid closed.
“I suppose you do.”

Draco froze. He was barely catching his breath — he was breathing so hard that she couldn’t find appropriate words to describe it. He looked so good that she was ready to condemn herself to death. His hair was tousled with her hands and his lips were throbbing after her kisses… Beautiful. Dreadfully handsome.
"You’re trembling,” he whispered.
“Stop it! Don’t do this to us, Draco. You love me!”
He froze for a moment just to look into her eyes.
He hesitated while the thought was spinning in his head.
Yes, yes, yes, damn, yes, yes, yes…
And then she finished him off. She touched his lips with her fingers, drove them over his eyelids, cheeks and chin. She whispered softly.
“You love me as much as I love you”
“Come on, Granger, come on, kill me, kill me!” He cried and suddenly…
He heard these words. They burst and flew out of his mouth so dense, alive and real that he felt a hot wave of relief wash over him.
Tears streamed down her cheeks and he was sure that her lips lightly whispered sorry before the spell.
“No one and never, Granger.” He whispered so quietly that she could hardly hear him. “No one else and never.”

“Abusive ship” is a relative term. People have different definitions on what exactly is “abusive” or “dark” and just because YOU may have certain views of some type of dynamic being wrong, doesn’t mean other people do. I’m sorry, if Kacchako, Bakudeku, Zutara, Erehisu, or Reylo upset you, but people are allowed to ship what makes them happy. Like, I’m sorry that Kacchako gives you Viet war flashbacks of your crush rejecting you for your middle school bully, but that’s not my f-ing problem. And just because I may like one dynamic in FANFICTION, doesn’t mean I support it elsewhere. Bakugo will always be wrong for how he treated Deku, but that’s the f-ing point. He’s supposed to LEARN and BECOME BETTER.
