It was junk food weekend.  I had a conversation with DBD (not the DBD of DB Days, a new one) about microwave dinners and canned soup and all my guilty pleasure foods and suddenly I remembered that In N Out exists.  

After berating a busy Jon with passionate txts about going to get burgers, I had begun to accept defeat when Lo, GG member Cactus was easily persuaded by my enthusiasm. 

I felt like I was drunk on burger.  

It’s a comforting thing, that In N Out food actually looks really nice when they serve it to you.  Not like sweaty, squished McDonalds stuff.  

Round about this box or the next marks one full year of servicewith Eatwell. 

We missed one box accidentally and cancelled one box because we went out of town.

Over the course of this year I’ve had so, so, so many people ask me what this is and how they can get into it.

Though it’s not available in a lot of places, some of those people kept looking and farmer’s in their communities started doing it, all over the world!

Which makes me really excited about the future of food and the potential for it to move away from big brand name monocultures.
