My zuparello is getting some points! I’ve had the same 14th C Italian wrestling jacket for 8 years and although faded and torn in some places and the buttons falling off, it has lasted terrifically. A great investment. Well done, Revival Clothing! (http://revival.us)

I got hyped for Hektor in Witcher universe AU, miiight be because of the new game announcement. Outfit inspired by amazing work of Oak Stall, check them out on facebook! They create real life Witcher and fantasy outfits for LARPs

I couldn’t decide on the hair length so have both

I spent incredible amount of time, almost 150 hours, on indie lowfantasy mercenary sim Battle Brothers. Their simple artstyle inspired me enough to recreate few of the bandit armors from this game to further use in Morrowind or even it’s Skyrim recreation.

First guy is designed with “lamellar harness” item as a reference, but for the most parts design is mine. Other 2 are fully build using inventory icons as concept art.

Walking around at Swordcraft, being a derp. I’m carrying a handful of yellow sashes, which show which side we’re on (each night there is a side with and without sashes).

In this, I’m dressed as my man-at-arms-type character, Willy.

Gambeson, breastplate: Sun and Swords+ArmStreet

Ready to fiiiiight. Honestly, I can’t thank ArmStreet enough - I didn’t bring any of the fencing stuff with me (completely forgot about the whole Pennsic thing when I was packing my bags for Ukraine… oops…), and they put together some basic kit in less than a week!! I am so lucky to have such a kind, thoughtful employer.

Also, these are the first gloves EVER that actually properly fit my tiny hands! So, so happy. Here’s what I’m wearing because someone will inevitably ask!

Gloves:Padded Fencing Gloves
Gorget:Errant Squire Gorget - super basic stainless steel gorget.
Gambeson:Kingmaker Gambeson -a two-part gambeson that separates the arms from the vest, meaning that when I have a leg harness attached to it, the suspension of it won’t be affected when I raise my arms.

- One Breath -

“I have  learned to live my life one step, one breath, and one moment at a time,  but it was a long road. I set out on a journey of love, seeking truth,  peace and understanding. I am still learning.”   - Muhammad Ali

Found this unexpected image going through my reel recently and there was just something about it that brought me a sense of peace.

May your own journeys bring you wonder and wisdom this day. :) ❤️
