Ganymede Offering the Cup
In Greek mythology, Ganymede is a young shepherd renowned for his beauty. Zeus, transformed into an eagle, kidnapped him and installed him on Olympus to make him his lover. Zeus granted him the function of cupbearer to the gods, which he withdrew from Hebe, who had fallen awkwardly during a banquet.
This marble statue, made in 1804 by the Danish neoclassical sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen, is currently kept at the Thorvaldsen Museum, Copenhagen, Denmark.
I made this statue from a free 3D model I found on the Internet. I reduced significantly the number of faces, built an UV map, normal map and other textures.
