Had a really hard year so far being broken and having to put myself back together several times and I’ve lost all my confidence, doing drag has really helped me feel beautiful again but I’m finding it harder to appreciate myself out of it. I’ve made changes and finally stuck to a plant based diet like I always wanted to and without meaning to I’ve started to appreciate and love my body more as a result. Small steps
